Return & Refund Policy

This statement of Return & Refund Policy (“R&R Policy”) describes how CLIMAPRENEUR ECOMMERCE PRIVATE (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” “our”) return, refund and replace the orders initiated by you- the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “Customer”) obtained via this website HOUSEOFCLIMA.COM(“Website”). Please read the following to learn about our return and refund requests practices. By purchasing anything from this Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this R&R Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Website. This R&R Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”).



Eligibility of Returns

Any product purchased from our website found to be (a) faulty; (b) damaged; (c) improper size/fitting; (d) missing parts/accessories OR (d) not as described can be exchanged/returned within the stipulated time.
Order whose return can be placed must qualify following parameters (a) in original condition with tags; (b) not a customized order; (c) unused; (d) unwashed (e) within stipulated return/refund/replacement timelines; AND (f) with bona-fide intention.


Timelines

Standard Return & Refund request can be requested from the website within two (2) calendar days from the date of delivery of Product.
In case, return/refund timeline is mentioned at the product listing page; the listed timelines shall be given priority over the standard timeline.


Return Shipment

It shall be the responsibility of the Customer to send back the Product to the Seller through registered post or courier and share it’s tracking docket id with us at orders@houseofclima.com.
In case product delivered at Customer’s end is damaged or not as described, customer is required to share photographs of the product delivered at orders@houseofclima.com.
Cost of return shipment shall be borne by Customer only however Seller can refund the same upon their discretion.
The Website reserves the exclusive right to offer exchange prior to grant approval for refund.
There will be no refund or exchange of custom products.


Refund Transaction

Upon successful return and retrieval of the Product at Seller’s end, refund shall be made to the original payment mode within seven (7) business days.
In case payment is made through Cash-On-Delivery (COD), Customer can share bank details for NEFT transaction.


Chargeback

No chargeback request shall be entertained for delivered product.
Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This R&R Policy shall be governed by the laws as applicable at New Delhi, INDIA and the Parties herein agree to submit disputes arising between them out of or in connection with this Policy exclusively to the courts of New Delhi jurisdiction.
